Our doctor and staff are proud to be a team whose primary mission is to deliver the finest and most comprehensive periodontal services available today. We are concerned about your dental care and want to ensure you that it is performed in the most responsible manner. In order to assist you with the investment in your dental health, we have outlined our payment policy.

Please remember all fees charged by this office are your responsibility regardless of your insurance coverage.

Statements are sent out on a monthly basis.  Insurance companies will usually respond within four to six weeks.  If your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame, please contact us. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.  Your prompt remittance is appreciated.

For your convenience, payments may be made with cash, personal check, bank draft, American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard or CareCredit.  Additional financial arrangements are available, please discuss your situation with our caring staff.
